App: ABC Letter Meadow (Lithuanian: ABC Raidelių pieva)

In short: ABC Letter Meadow is made for young children. It has no ads, no accounts, no sign-in, and no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs. We do not collect personal information from your child. All learning content (sounds and graphics) runs offline on the device. The only data ever sent off the device is what is strictly needed to process and restore an optional one-time in-app purchase.

Part A: the ABC Letter Meadow app

1. Who we are

This app is published by MB Smiltis (“we”, “us”), the studio behind lettermeadow.com. This Privacy Policy explains how the ABC Letter Meadow / ABC Raidelių pieva mobile application (Part A) and the lettermeadow.com website (Part B) handle information. It applies specifically to this app and this website and, where it differs, takes precedence over our general studio privacy policy.

2. Information we do NOT collect

The app does not collect, request, or store any of the following:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details.
  • Location data (precise or approximate).
  • Photos, videos, microphone recordings, contacts, calendar, or files.
  • Advertising identifiers or any data used for behavioural advertising or cross-app tracking.
  • Usage analytics, browsing history, or profiles of your child.

The app contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no behavioural analytics SDKs.

3. Information processed for optional in-app purchases

The app is free to use. Parents may choose to make a single optional one-time purchase (“Unlock Everything”) from a parent-gated screen. The app checks the purchase status with our provider each time it starts; if you buy or restore, that purchase is recorded. For this, a small amount of purchase-related data is processed by our service providers:

  • Purchase / transaction history (e.g. which product was purchased and whether it is active).
  • A randomly generated, app-specific identifier together with the standard store identifiers used by Apple/Google, so the purchase can be validated and restored on your device(s).

We do not receive your name, email, or payment-card details. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases and entitlements are managed for us by our infrastructure provider RevenueCat, Inc., which processes the above data on our behalf as a service provider, solely to operate, validate, restore, and protect purchases against fraud, and to give us aggregate sales figures (for example, how many unlocks were sold). To enable restore-purchases and to detect whether a purchase already exists, the app checks this status with RevenueCat when it starts.

Relevant third-party policies:

  • Apple App Store / Apple Privacy: apple.com/legal/privacy
  • Google Play / Google Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • RevenueCat Privacy: revenuecat.com/privacy

4. Information stored only on your device

Preferences such as the chosen language, difficulty level, and whether the app has been unlocked are saved in the app’s local storage on your device only. This information never leaves the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

5. Fonts and content delivery

All fonts, sounds and images are bundled inside the app. The app does not load fonts or other content from the internet. Android versions released before June 2026 loaded a display font from Google Fonts, which sent your device’s IP address to Google to deliver the font.

6. Children’s privacy (COPPA, UK/EU GDPR, Google Play Families Policy)

This app is designed for children. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation provisions relating to children, and the Google Play Families Policy and Apple Kids Category requirements.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  • We do not show third-party ads and do not use data for behavioural advertising.
  • Purchases are placed behind a parental gate so that they cannot be initiated by a child alone.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your choices, parental rights, and data deletion

The app has no accounts and does not collect names, contact details or information about your child, so there is normally nothing personal to access or delete. If you have written to us through the support form, you can ask to see, correct or delete your request at any time (see Part B). You can clear all on-device data at any time by uninstalling the app. If you would like us to delete any purchase records associated with your installation, you may request this by contacting us using the details in Section 10, and we will action it (including, where applicable, via our provider RevenueCat). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data-protection authority.

8. Data security and retention

All purchase-related data transmitted off the device is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Purchase records are retained by our service providers only for as long as needed to operate and restore purchases and to meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.

Support requests you send us through our website are covered in Part B.

9. International processing

Our service providers (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) may process purchase data on servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other countries, with appropriate safeguards in place.

10. Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your child’s privacy, contact us through the parent and guardian support form at lettermeadow.com/support.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, within the app or store listing.

Part B: the lettermeadow.com website

Who we are. The controller for this website is MB Smiltis, company code 306680830, Lithuania. Contact us through the support form at lettermeadow.com/support.

Who this website is for. This website is intended for parents and guardians. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Support and contact requests. When you write to us through a form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, the kind of request and your message; for support requests, your device type and app version if you give them; and for press or partnership enquiries, your organisation if you give it. We also record the language of the page you used. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with your request. Please do not include personal information about a child. We use these details only to review and answer your request (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Requests are stored in the website’s database on Google Cloud in Belgium (europe-west1), protected by access controls; the database’s backups are kept in the same region. We delete a request from our support database within 12 months after it is resolved, and any unresolved request after at most 24 months; backups that contain it expire within 8 days. Messages marked as spam, by us or by our automatic checks, are deleted 30 days after that. We answer by email and we delete our email correspondence about a request on the same schedule.

Requests sent through our earlier support form. Requests sent through the support form that earlier versions of the app link to are held in Google Cloud Firestore in Belgium (europe-west1) and follow the same deletion schedule.

Visitor statistics. We see aggregate statistics about visits, such as the number of requests, the pages requested, referring sites and countries, which Cloudflare derives as our processor from delivering the website to you. No statistics script runs in your browser and nothing is stored on your device for this purpose. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics with your consent. If you allow it in the banner, we measure how parents find and use this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, our processor) receives the page view, how quickly the page loaded, the referring site and your browser details; it sets no cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and sends your IP address and browser details to Google LLC, which processes them for us under Google’s data processing terms and may do so in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep the analytics data for two months, and the cookies last up to thirteen months. We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); nothing loads before you choose, you can refuse or withdraw consent at any time, and neither ever loads on this privacy policy or on the support page.

Hosting and security. This website is served through Cloudflare and hosted on Google Cloud. To deliver pages and protect the site, they process your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare also processes the contents of forms you send while passing them to our server. Google Cloud keeps request logs for 30 days in Cloud Logging, which stores them in its global location, not only in the EU. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited network and browser information to protect our forms from automated abuse; it loads only once you start filling in a form.

Videos. If a page shows a YouTube video, nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and browser details and may store information on your device.

Cookies. This website sets no cookies for visitors unless you consent to analytics; your choice is remembered in your browser. Sign-in cookies exist only for our own editors, on a separate admin address.

Service providers and international transfers. Our service providers (Apple, Google and RevenueCat for purchases; Cloudflare and Google Cloud for this website; and our email provider for replies to your requests) may process data in the European Union, the United States or other countries, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your request, or object to our use of it, at any time by writing through the support form at lettermeadow.com/support; quote your reference if you have it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data-protection authority.
